Entiana Osmenzeza was born in Berat, an ancient village in south Albania.
Since a child she has always been fascinated by the Balkan culinary culture rich with Armenian and Greek influences. Very young she moved to Turin, Italy where she graduated at the Hotel School Les Meridiens, working at the same time in some of the best restaurants in town.

The encounter with Gualtiero Marchesi, a real icon, makes her discover the world of haute cuisine. She continued her career working in some prestigious Italian and French restaurants.
During this period she collaborated with Alain Ducasse, Lidia Alciati and in particular with Fulvio Pierangelini, undisputed genius of Italian cuisine, defined by Entiana as her master.

Always with Pierangelini, she worked as Executive Chef at the Rocco­Forte Collection. Since December 2011 Entiana has been Executive Chef at Se.sto on Arno restaurant, the legendary Westin Excelsior Florence ­ Starwood Hotels & Resort rooftop terrace, which enjoys a spectacular and exclusive 360° view over the city of Florence, with breathtaking views of the river Arno and the hills as its frame.

At Se.sto On Arno Entiana proposes her signature cuisine faithful to tradition but cheerful, colorful and full of ethnic nuances which has met an immediate and growing success among critics and foodies.
