Antonietta Bonelli, born in Matera in 1967, but Florentine by adoption has been living since 1974 nearby, more precisely in Scandicci. Graduated in 1983 at the Institute of Hospitality in Florence
"Saffi" as technician in hotel business management, she started to work at the Excelsior Florence (then CigaHotels) in the administrative office in 1985.
Since 1997 he has taken the opportunity to carry on her career working as sales and marketing
assistant for both Starwood hotels in Florence, The Westin Excelsior and The St Regis Florence.

Passionate about cinema, photography, travels, and about countertrend food and wine in the sense
that more than cooking, she prefers to just taste and eat. She'll never give up for anything in the
world to the "ritual" of at least one week holiday a year with her daughter Benedetta, visiting and
walking in an Italian or international town, living it as travelers and not as distracted tourists.
